Click for full size view The most popular Mangia pie and for good reason.  Our secret is that we blend fresh spinach with spices and part skim mozzarella cheese resulting in a succulent spinach flavor, not the least bit dried up as many spinach pies tend to be.  Is it just a myth that spinach is high in iron content  History suggests that a misplaced decimal point by Dr. E. von Wolf in an 1870 scientific publication may explain the spinach and iron-rich connection - please don't tell Popeye.  Myth or not, one taste of our Spinach Pizza and you'll know its off-the-charts Mangia-licious! 12" - feeds 2-3
